This is a personal website run by Udaysinh Sapate (udaysinh.me). By reading, commenting, or otherwise using it, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, that's completely fine — please just don't use the interactive parts.

Using the site

Read, share, and link to anything here freely. Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the site or with other people's use of it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

When you post a comment, an inline note, or a reaction, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to post it, and it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• It isn't spam, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful.
• You won't manipulate votes or post with fake or multiple identities to game the system.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it on this site so other readers can see it. Anonymous contributions are held for a quick review before they appear, and I may edit, remove, or block any content or contributor — at my discretion and without notice — especially when these rules are broken. You can delete your own contributions at any time.

My content

The essays, writing, code samples, design, and other original material on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link, but please don't republish whole pieces or pass them off as your own without asking. Linked code repositories are governed by their own licences.

Third-party links

The site links out to other places — GitHub, social profiles, and such. I don't control those, and I'm not responsible for their content or their practices.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I can't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free, and opinions in the writing are my own and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or anything posted on it, including content posted by other readers.

I may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect that. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
